A computer system implementation would be the installation of new hardware and system software. An information system implementation would be the installation of new databases and application programs, and the adoption of new manual procedures.

Our business clients have the option of choosing to subscribe to a service contract with us. The rates below are shown for service contract clients and non-service contract clients. If a client chooses to sign a service contract, a one year agreement would need to be signed that would include a monthly retainer. Please call our sales department for a service contract quote. The following rates are for service contract clients. In order to receive these rates, a client will need to have a service contract with us with a monthly retainer. All projects are rated at a per project cost and are not rated hourly. The hourly rates are for day-to-day IT support and consulting.
